As we come to the end of another successful year, we want to take a moment to thank the staff and teachers of Amity, Saket for being so impeccably brilliant. Despite all challenges, hardships and even resistance from a lot of parents, Amity has proved to be a winner again! The journey was tough but it did not take much time for the teachers to adapt and also make sure that the students also adapt to it quickly. The Teachers have worked tirelessly to make sure that the course is completed and every student participates well in class. Even our students became more tech savvy…the zeal to attend the class was never missing…and the teachers ensured that the students had that smile on their face even in online sessions. We are super-proud to be a part of the Amity family. Our sincere thanks to all the teachers (and pls pardon me if I missed to mention any name here) for keeping the spark bright in our kids. Mrs. Dimple Madan, Mrs. Aarti Gupta, Mrs. Priyanka Behal, Mrs. Priya Tandon, Mrs. Juhi Sharma Jolly, Ms. Priyanka (Hindi Maam), Mrs. Vijay Laxmi, Mrs. Neha Wahy, Mrs. Ani Anamoy Ranjan, Mr. Jaydeep Sharma, Mr. Tansen Srivastava, Mrs. Abha Goswami, Mr. Satish Kumar, Mr. Prabhat Kumar, Mr. Keinamthuanang Pamei, Ms. Monika Jaswal Mrs. Divya Bhatia Ma’am and Mrs. Nita Khattar Ma’am joining any session continues to be such a BIG delight for my son 🙂 . We had never imagined an online Library class or a Virtual Sports day for students…and Amity did it effortlessly. I was personally unsure of my son’s reaction to going back to offline classes the first day (while he was excited, he was nervous too). I was overwhelmed to see how he was welcomed by all the teachers at the entrance itself. I immediately had gratitude in my heart that we are blessed to be a part of the Amity family. As kids join back offline classes, we are sure there will be different challenges (since the children have lost two years of social development) however, just wanted to assure that we stand by with you. Thank you for making our journey smooth by taking all the pains! We are certain that the teachers and school are committed to creating a strong and bright future for our child. Wishing loads of success for Amity Saket…today and always!!

Trust you are keeping well & that the entire AIS Saket family is also doing good. Just wanted to pen down a small note of appreciation for all the teachers who are conducting the online classes. All the subject teachers are really doing a commendable job, preparing PPTs, explanations etc with utmost patience & dedication. Kids are constantly interrupting the class, sometimes net gets slow etc, however none of the hurdles seem to deter any of the teachers. My daughter Aanya Gupta is in VI A & this note of thanks is for all her subject teachers: Latika maam, Mili maam, Aarushee maam, Tanya maam, Shreya maam, Shikha maam, Rekha maam, Juhi maam…..I may have missed out on mentioning few names but this is for all teachers. Would be really grateful if you could extend our gratitude to all of them. Thank you maam for your support too as without it, none of this could have been possible.

Extremely Grateful Respected Ma’am, We just wanted to share our gratitude to Amity through this short message to the whole Amity team. We are really so glad that our boys – Om and Ram are learning something new everyday and have a positive purpose at hand rather than brooding over the negativities. We would like to express our extreme gratitude to their teachers for taking so much pain and efforts to educate our little ones. Thank you so much! Best Regards Deepthi S. Appreciation Maam, With the start of online classes, one thing that has become possible that is for parents to appreciate the teachers MORE. The way they handle the children and ensure that each child learns is commendable. Maam when the class for my son starts, and specially Hindi and Maths, my mother in law is the first one to drop all her work to sit with my son for a while. She is absolutely spell bound by the way Latika maam and bindvasini communicate. This is not to say that others do not but she somehow loves them both. Maam kuddos to all the teachers for not only putting in so much effort but they have struck a chord with each and every family member too. Regards

I am writing to you to express my gratitude. I had planned, to send this mail and wanted to thank you in person, on the Report Card day of both my children, Vandita and Madhav. However, due to the unprecedented circumstances this did not happen. I have waited the entire academic year, 2019-2020 to express the joy that my heart experienced. First, I would like to begin by congratulating you all on the success of the Annual Day function. I always look forward to hearing Chairperson ma’am addressing the parents. Please convey my heartfelt gratitude to her. The theme ‘Veer Yodha’ and the performances were so touching that I gave a standing ovation. At times I make Madhav repeat a few dialogues for me. One of the dialogues – “ Ae Shaheede Mulk O’ milat , main tere upar nissar………..” touches a chord in my heart. Secondly, I cherish both the class teachers, Mrs. Bharati Bharadwaj and Ms. Latika Bhatnagar. During the PTM, Bharati ma’am would guide us parents to work in partnership with our children towards their academic success. I heard her address each and every student of the class as ‘My Bacha’ and this will forever reverberate in my mind. It was a blessing to have such wonderful class teachers for my children. Thirdly, I would like to mention that the class presentations, award functions and PTM have been really streamlined. Class V presentation exhibiting diversity in India successfully delivered an important social message in a humorous way. I appreciate the idea of conducting the PTM in the auditorium. Otherwise, one has to keep moving from one class room to another. Fourthly, I would like to thank the teachers of the Cambridge English Learning Program – Shweta ma’am, Rekha ma’am and Shikha ma’am. This is a great program and both the children enjoy it. A big thanks to the school for the co-curricular activities that the children are encouraged to participate in. I am unable to find words to thank you for giving Madhav the opportunity to participate in the Harvard Model United Nations. I would like to thank Mrs. Meenakshi Rawal and Mrs. Debjani Das for taking such good care of him and keeping us posted with pictures. I would like to thank Sumedh Sir and the MUN Society as well. The Youth Power Program has groomed Madhav to be a responsible citizen of the country. He has gained immense knowledge under the mentorship of Mrs. Garima Pandey. Kaushik Sir gave Madhav the opportunity to participate in a play based on a novel written by Munshi Prem Chand. This was really valuable. Sincere thanks to the entire faculty for their contribution to the learning process of both my children. Lastly, I would like to join my hands and thank you as you are the most assiduous. I admire your zeal towards achieving success in each pursuit. In the current academic year, I wish to write to you more often, so I begin with an appreciation for the decision to hold online classes in the current scenario. I have attended a session or two for both class 10 and 6 and I think they are fabulous. I heard you addressing children and mentioning the Delhi riots during the political science session for class 6 on the topic ‘Diversity in India’. The yoga session today was a refreshing start to the day. Considering that the book shops are shut, I appreciate Mrs. Kirti Rishi’s efforts to upload the relevant pages of the German book for the students. My suggestion is that the children should be made to submit their homework assignments online. I would also like to mention that the delivery of books by the school book shop was very prompt. I received the book-set within two days of placing an order. Though online classes are taking place, yet the children miss being at school. Hope the situation normalizes soon, until then stay safe!

This new year, I am especially writing this letter as I feel it is the perfect time to appreciate all the little things you do for your students that brings smile to their lips while guiding them gently for a better future. We would like to start with thanking you for the days that you and Alka maám, personally stood and monitored the arrival and dispersal of the students. This effort has considerably streamlined the dropping and picking-up process for us. I clearly remember one extremely warm summer afternoon when you smilingly stood and monitored the dispersal, while we parents were shielding from the sun. I mentioned this to both my children so that they can imbibe your leadership qualities. We would also like to take this opportunity to thank all the teachers, especially the class teachers, Ms. Namita Arora and Ms. Pushpa Shahi for nurturing our children in a loving, empathetic and disciplined manner. For me personally, it was yet another year of well-organised PTMs and communication (especially through Amitranet). We will be forever thankful to Chairperson ma’am and Founder sir, for the haven that they created for our children- AMITY.

Amity is a part of our soul that has given foundation to my children learnings. The values, human virtues and etiquettes they have imbibed as a family under the guidance of our respected chairperson ma’am, cannot be found in any other school. It has helped them to become a life long learner. Thank you Amity !!

I am extremely thankful to Amity for adding value to my kid’s life and I wish that it continues to enlighten their future always. The school with its extraordinary teaching methodologies, safe and caring environment, unmatchable support and coaching’s for academic and co-curricular activities, is truly appreciable. The most valuable thing about the school that makes it different and best is the vision of the school Chairperson Dr (Mrs) Amita Chauhan, who is the guiding light, showing path to kids for a successful and bright future. The everyday preaching’s through shlokas and hawans taking place in the school for the nourishment of bright mind and soul is the reason why my kids are doing extraordinary well in their studies, securing A+ grades at Amity. The bonding that they share with this institution is enormous and it makes me feel proud to be part of the Amity family.

This is to inform you regarding the picnic/excursion trip for class II kids at Nehru park on 13.12.2017.It was a wonderful experience for us mothers who had gone there as volunteers. The picnic was very well organized and the teachers took all efforts to make us feel comfortable and we mingled with the kids. The outdoor concept for a picnic was very good and all efforts by the school management was done from the security point of view and we found the environment absolutely safe and kids friendly. Kudos to the teachers and the school management for making this wonderful for the kids and mothers. Looking forward to many such ventures and excursions. Thanking you

My wife and I are writing to convey our deep gratitude to Amity, from where our two daughters namely Aparna and Kanika graduated upon completing Class XII in 2012 and 2015 respectively. Now Mainak, our youngest child is also completing his Class XII from AIS Mayur Vihar this month, ending our over-15 years association as parents with your esteemed institution. I attended the Citation Ceremony held in school on Basant Panchami day (February 1, 2017) and witnessed – perhaps for the last time – the amazing dedication and energy of teachers and the family atmosphere which have nurtured our children into intelligent, responsible citizens with values rooted in Indian culture. It was an emotional moment for us and when we reflected back, we realized we must convey to you how indebted we feel for role of Amity without which our children could not have succeeded the way they have. We will briefly mention here our childrens progress, as we know it gives you pleasure when your schools children do well. Aparna, after completing her Class XII from Amity International School, NOIDA in 2012, joined B.Tech (Chemical Engineering) in reputed Panjab University, Chandigarh based on her AIEEE/JEE Main All India Rank 22,000. She graduated from P.U. in June 2016 in 1st division and with strong extracurricular performance. Before graduation, she was selected through campus placement by Saint Gobain, world leader in glass, whom she joined in July 2016 as Management Trainee and now in January 2017, the company has posted her as Marketing Executive with their India Head Office. We may mention that the St. Gobain selection process was very rigorous comprising of written test, Group Discussion, multiple personal interviews and psychometric tests, where only about 1-2 out of 100 top graduates succeeded. Here, we believe that the communication, leadership and other soft skills and values acquired in Amity gave her a definite edge. Our younger daughter Kanika has joined B.Tech (Civil Engineering) in the prestigious Delhi Technological University in 2015, after completing class XII in the same year from AIS, Mayur Vihar. By Gods grace, she is also doing well and is an active participant in Music and Astronomy societies of the university. Besides the academic and soft skills strengths acquired in Amity, the presence of Amity alumni in the college system and industry is also helping her, as we can make out from the stories she narrates to us. We are keeping fingers crossed for the youngest Mainak; and are hopeful of his good performance in IIT JEE examination, based on his performance in practice tests. I may mention here that all three of our children availed Syncro program in XI-XII, which really helped in balancing Board and competitive exams preparation, while giving them access to the best faculty for both formats, with unmatched personal care and encouragement of Amity. Madam, through you we wish to convey our thanks and appreciation to all the teachers and others at Amity for their immense contribution in the growth of our children. Please continue the excellent work with same passion to make ours a great society.

“Where the mind is without fear and head is held high…. into that heaven of freedom, my father, let my country awake.” Tagore’s line still hold true. They were written in the context of India’s freedom movement, but I could see it’s resonance in the efforts put in by the kids today. Well done!
